He can be utilized by any local or state association to provide high level professional leadership training and strategic planning. NAR provides his expert services freely to all local and state associations, and covers his travel costs as well. Essentially, this service is absolutely FREE to the association... as it is paid for out of all REALTOR NAR dues. Bringing this service back to the local association bring dues value back to members. Gar is usually booked out as much as a year in advance for strategic planning, but can be obtained for a one day leadership training session fairly quickly.
