Broker’s Council, July 6th – BHC City Planner Luke Morris
Wednesday, July 6th at 9am, Association Office

Join us at the Broker’s Council to hear the City of Bullhead City Senior Planner Luke Morris give an overview of how to access property information online.  Learn where the resources are for getting information you need when entering your new listings into the MLS.  Mr. Morris has been working with the City of Bullhead City for five year, and spends most of his time out in the field.

 

All members are welcome to attend, and Broker’s are asked to stay after the speaker, to provide feedback and ask any questions regarding your association and the REALTOR® community.

 

NAR Raises Deposits for Appeals (Ethics) & Procedural Review from $250 - $500
Approved by NAR Board of Directors at May 2005 Midyear Meetings

At the 2005 Midyear Legislative Meeting & Trade Expo in Washington, DC, the National Association’s Board of Directors approved the following committee recommendation:

Concerning deposits for appeals (ethics) and procedural review, that the maximum deposits that may be required to initiate appeals of ethics decisions and requests for procedural review of arbitration hearing procedures be increased from $250 to $500 dollars.

Did You Know…Bullhead City Offers Adult Computer Classes?
Beginner and Intermediate Classes Available

Bullhead City Recreation Division offers Adult Beginner Computer Classes and Intermediate Computer Classes.  These classes are offered on a monthly basis.  Registration is just $20.00 for four classes.  Classes are offered in two ways: Attend once a week for four weeks, or, attend twice a week for two weeks.  All classes are one hour long.  Contact the Recreation Division Office for more information or to register, at 763-0158.

FLEXMLS BASICS CLASS – FREE Class, July 21st, this class goes through the basics of using our MLS system.  Call 758-4808 for more information and to make a reservation.

FLEXMLS ADVANCED CLASS – FREE HANDS ON Class, July 21st, 1-4pm at the BHC Community College’s computer lab.  Call 758-4808 for more information and to make a reservation.

For all classes, if you sign up & don’t show up – there will be a fee.
